The Villa is a typical Tuscan farmhouse on two levels, rich in history and tradition. Originally owned by her great-grandmother Maria, it then passed to her grandmother Lena, preserving within it memories of generations.
Our family home, restored with care and attention to detail, is ready to welcome you to offer a relaxing and peaceful stay, immersed in the unspoiled nature of the Casentino hills. Here, among breathtaking views and regenerating silences, you can live an authentic experience, surrounded by the beauty of a land rich in traditions.

The villa is surrounded by land that covers about one hectare. This land, the Podere, is largely occupied by a lush olive grove. Attilio, our father, tends it with love and the same passion with which he cultivates the seasonal vegetable garden and fruit plants. Every corner of the farm reflects his commitment and dedication, transforming the villa into an oasis of tranquility and natural beauty, where our family finds peace and joy.

For special needs it will be possible to make arrangements with the property!
At the time of check in the customer must pay a security deposit of 300.00 € this amount will be returned at the end of the lease, after checking the condition of the property and furniture.
At the time of booking you will need to send a bank transfer equal to 30% of the total rental price.
You can make the total balance in one of the following ways:
In cash on arrival;
By bank transfer 3 weeks in advance of the arrival date;
Part in contact on arrival and part by transfer 3 weeks in advance of the arrival date
The short lease agreement must be signed between the parties.
